Claverham: The next twenty years?

North Somerset Council is looking again for possible sites to fulfil their obligation to build an extra 11,000 homes by 2036. This number of houses is over and above those that have already been agreed.

Our Claverham Neighbourhood Plan holds until 2026, unless there is a major change in policy. This latest North Somerset consultation goes beyond that to 2036.

Included are possible sites in Claverham, west of Jasmine Lane, and North of Chestnut Drive (again).

Proposals for house building to 2036:

The Claverham sites are only a tiny part of development proposed over the whole North Somerset area. It is your future so worth a look.
